True Names

When a character's karma reaches 46?, she is given a True Name. Many cultures have an elaborate ceremony (or a quest) to mark this "coming of age." Characters who have passed this point can create covenants whenever they swear an oath.

A character who has been given her true name is no longer an "innocent?".
