Summer Covenants

At the peak of their change and improvement, summer covenants have learned to temper the changes with the wisdom of older covenant members.

Still not dogmatic, covenants in summertime are no longer interested in changing oaths simply to try something new, or changing governance without good reason.

There are three eco-relations associated with Summer Covenants:
