Subskills

Some skills may require a prerequisite skill. Once a user acquires a certain level within the required prerequisite, the subskill can be developed separately.

Subskills may no longer be needed since much (but not all of the functionality can be obtained through talents and related proficiencies (those which occupy the same element-slot on a particular periodic table, like a skill or trait table).
