From Sacrificial Satisfaction to Synnecrotic Conflict:

No eco-change represents a greater change with a less satisfying result. Thus the no-furtherance meaning matches well. Splitting apart matches very well, since sacrificial satisfaction is the most whole of the EcoRelations? and synnecrotic conflict is the least whole. Sacrificial satisfaction clearly implies giving to those below. And there is no giving more extreme than the change to synnecrotic conflict. The position at the start of the Cycle of Destruction is also about as good a match as can be found.
