Related Skills

Some skills are related (determined by the tree of poryphory?). Related skills acquire developmental levels when the user achieves a certain level in skills to which they are related.

Related skills (never a sure thing) have been deprecated since Ged came up with the new concept of talents. The related proficiency concept also helps to deliver the functionality we once needed Related Skills to deliver.
