Perspicacity

The prime developmental statistic for a character's mind. As a primary statistic it exhibits the periodicity of all Developmental Objects. Like all primary statistics, Perspicacity tends to be fairly static -- hard to increase and dangerous to allow decreased.

Perspicacity determines the longest allowable skein used by the Fates for a particular character.
