Oxygen

Oxygen represents the level when the second conflict begins to be considered by the entity which has a skill or trait at the oxygen level. Her awareness of the skill has reached the point where she is frustrated with her own inability to use it. This results in an anger at self which manifests as depression and a feeling of being a parasite. Her culture benefits from this as she tends to call for its use only in situations which benefit others.

Only simple proficiencies can be tasks at the oxygen level. They cannot yet be modified or combined with other tasks. They can have state.
