Neon

Neon represents the second existential conflict of a particular developmental object. The entity which has achieved this level of development has reached full awareness of the skill or trait with which it is associated, but she has no ability to use it herself. She must rely on others in her culture. No further development is possible until she is willing cast aside her role as a user.

Only simple proficiencies can be tasks at the neon level. They cannot yet be modified or combined with other tasks. They can have state.

The atomic symbol for Neon is Ne. The Atomic Number for neon is 10. Neon's Atomic Weight is 20.18.
