Mules

In most MMORPGs, the term "mule" refers to any character created after a particular player's first character but before that first character is dead, usually for the purpose of performing work for the primary character. Because it is possible to create a secondary character in FaerieMUD which is more closely tied to a character's spirit, "mule" in FaerieMUD refers to any character played by a player using a different spirit from another character played by the same player. Multiple characters which share the same spirit are known as "avatars" of that spirit.
