Jubilee Year

Also known as "Leap Year" or "Short Year" or "1st Year"

The Jubilee Year is designed so that it always ends the day before the only day in each cycle on which both moons are full on the Winter Solstice. It consists of two months:

  • Calens - sort of a combination of Calendros and Calendria
  • Morfano - the only month which occurs in every year of the cycle

The Jubilee Year is associated with Period -1 on the periodic table and is followed by the two Epsilar Years.
