Instruments
Instruments are Artifacts which are helpful or necessary for the execution of a Skill.
The Quality of the Instrument influences the execution of the skill, such that using a better Instrument helps the wielder's success, while using a poorer one hinders it.
Note that Instruments are rarely the subject of the Skill being performed, but are much more likely to be involved as a catalyst
