A developmental object

Hydrogen represents not only a complete lack of a particular kind of development and a complete non-awareness of the existence of the skill or trait being developed, but also a lack of any need to define the type of development.

Any task assigned to hydrogen must be expressible without any knowledge of its skill. None need be assigned.

The atomic symbol for Hydrogen is H. The Atomic Number for hydrogen is 1. Atomic Weight: 1.008.

Group: hydrogen has the unusual property of sharing properties with both Group IA? and Group VIIA? because it is impossible to distinguish between the two at this level of non-development.
