Carbon

Carbon represents a fully developed ability to exploit one's own culture's ability to use a particular trait or skill. The ability to call on the skill in exactly the right situation enables the entity which has the carbon level to benefit the culture as well as herself.

Only simple proficiencies can be tasks at the boron level. They cannot yet be modified or combined with other tasks. They can have state.
