Beryllium
Beryllium represents the dawning awareness of the existence of a particular skill or trait. It implies that the entity acquiring the beryllium level of development be a member of a society or culture which has developed the skill or trait to some degree. At the beryllium level the enthusiasm which originally obtained when the discovery was first made remains. But the understanding has increased to the point where the entity experiencing the enthusiasm can truly benefit from it, leading to a kind of evangelism about the benefits which can be annoying to others (especially those asked to use the trait).
